We offer several payment methods, however the most common of which is PayPal, you will be able to pay for your study package and course material via a Debit, or Credit Card.

Unless noted otherwise, you will have 12 months access to the study package you have paid for on our LMS website.

At the end of the subscription period, you are more than welcome renew your access to the website, for another 12 month period.

Our LMS Website is structured with plentiful Visual and Auditory Stimuli, along with Quiz’s and Practise Exams, in order to give the student the best possible opportunity to commit the required knowledge to memory, and then successfully recall that information during an exam.

Unfortunately, as with all adult learning, the best possible results are always supported by rigorous study, and additional reading, text books and other guidance material should be regularly referenced during your study.

As such, there is NO guarantee that any student will pass the required LMS, or CASA Exams.

Study hard and don’t hesitate to reach out to your support network of instructors, and our theory team if you are experiencing difficulty passing the CASA exams.

It is YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to choose the appropriate study package, that is correct for you needs.

A good place to start is your flight Instructor, alternatively you could contact CASA for advice.

Please review your selection carefully prior to purchasing a study package.

If you have purchased the wrong study package, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, and DO NOT access the course material.

If you need to swap packages, or require a refund for any reason, you should contact us as soon as possible.

Each of the study packages listed in our store front have detailed descriptions of the nature of the course material, and the relevant CASA qualifications they relate too.

If you are still not sure, please reach out to our team via email prior to purchasing a study package.

For this reason, refunds can rarely be offered, and are only given in very particular circumstances.

Once you have enrolled and opened the course to start studying, unfortunately our hands are tied, and we will not be able to offer you a refund.

Absolutely!

You are able to purchase multiple study packages, at any time, and undertake the required study within the subscription time frame.

Each subscription will have its own expiry date, depending on the date of purchase, which is typically 12 months.

If you’re a slow learner / studier, or studying in and around full time work, we recommend tackling one subject, or course, at a time.

Give yourself the best possible chance to succeed, the website will still be here after you have successfully completed your current CASA exam!!
